Al's Plant Care, Inc. Announces Changes

Las Vegas, Nevada December 19 2003-—Al's Plant Care, Inc. (ALPL – Pink Sheet) management announced a 3.2 to 1 reverse split of Al's Plant Care, Inc. common shares, with an effective implementation date of December 15, 2003.     Additionally, the Company has changed its name to Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research, Inc.

These changes are to facilitate the Company's expansion.

The Company's growth includes a proprietary process, called O2P (oil to powder) which transforms most edible oils into a free-flowing powder form that preserves more of the natural active components than the competitor's offerings. The O2P Powders won the 2002 Nutrition Business Journal's Product Merit Award.

Such powdered oils have application and demand in the food ingredient, livestock feeds, pet foods, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and pesticide market sectors. Unlike the competition, Nutri Pharmaceuticals Research delivers powdered oils with all enzymes and active ingredients intact. The Company also has the ability to custom design the "load"* (*percentage of active ingredient in the delivered powder) in a range from 5% to 80% per customer specifications. The competition typically delivers a maximum load of 30%. Competitive processes including tumble dry, micro-encapsulation, freeze-drying or spray drying, all of which denigrate the enzyme and active ingredient properties of edible oils. The Company's new and unique technology provides clients with ingredients that have more flexibility and a wider range of options in utilization in consumer products. NPRI's processes foster product improvement and development on the part of NPRI clients by delivering product features previously unavailable.
